Project Overview

We partnered with a SaaS company powering critical backend systems to create a customer story that highlighted the real-world impact of their platform—supporting public services and protecting against security threats.

Challenge

Due to security restrictions, we couldn’t access many of the environments where the software operates. While the systems were essential, they remained largely unseen—making it difficult to capture their impact in a traditional way.

Solution

We shifted focus to the people behind the systems. By following two engineers responsible for the majority of the infrastructure, we built a day-in-the-life narrative that showed how the software functions through their work.

Results

The story resonated deeply with the audience—highlighting not just the technology, but the individuals who keep it running. It brought visibility to an often-overlooked role and strengthened the connection between the product and its users.
