Following a brand refresh, our client hosted a large customer event in New York—bringing together U.S. and international audiences. The goal was to capture the energy of the moment while reinforcing the new identity across every touchpoint.
The event needed to do more than recap—it had to showcase the new brand in action. That meant capturing real engagement between clients, while also producing a high volume of polished content, including 20+ customer interviews on green screen. All within a live, fast-moving environment.
We worked closely with the creative director and marketing team to align on visual themes—not just a shot list—ensuring every moment mapped back to the brand.
On-site, we secured a quiet, controlled space for interviews away from the main event and helped coordinate schedules, prep participants, and guide on-camera performance to keep everything running smoothly.
The event delivered far beyond a single recap. We produced 50+ unique pieces of content for social, web, and ongoing marketing—along with a deep library of visuals that continue to support presentations, sales efforts, and future campaigns..
