For a large-scale conference, our client needed a standout opening film—something that would capture attention, carry the room, and reflect the personality of their leadership. The concept: an AI-driven conversation between the CEO and COO, ending in a superhero transformation that set the tone for the year ahead.
With thousands in attendance, the stakes were high. The video needed to land. But both executives were traveling continuously, making traditional production impossible. Capturing consistent, high-quality footage across locations—and making it feel cohesive—was the core challenge.
We approached the challenge by developing a comprehensive brand strategy, including a refreshed visual identity, typography, and color palette. The website was redesigned to be fully responsive, with interactive elements, intuitive navigation, and clear user flows. We incorporated user-centered design principles and conducted multiple rounds of testing and feedback to ensure alignment with the client’s vision. The combination of creativity, strategy, and technical precision resulted in a polished, functional, and visually compelling digital solution.
We built the piece around AI-generated performances. A photographer captured controlled images of each executive on the road, giving us the foundation for realistic AI renders.
From there, nearly every frame was carefully refined in post. We used After Effects to create continuity across lighting, framing, and movement—shaping a seamless conversation from fragmented source material.
